Don't sleep away the night yang populer sekitar tahun 1978 (wew.. saya belum lahir tentu saja, bahkan ortu saya pun belum menikah saat itu, hehe) menjadi salah satu lagu favorit saya jelang tidur.. terutama yang versi akustik..


jujur saja, tadinya saya tidak mengenal siapa itu Daniel Sahuleka.. tapi setelah salah satu televisi swasta menayangkan sedikit tentang musisi belanda yang sebenarnya asli orang Indonesia ini, rasa tertarik saya akan karya-karyanya menggelitik saya untuk searching tentang dia dan karya-karyanya yang ternyata memang seindah vokalnya..

sedikit profil dia yang saya ketahui adalah bahwa ibu dari Daniel ini asli sunda, sedangkan ayahnya berdarah ambon. Sementara Daniel sendiri dilahirkan di Semarang tahun 1950, dan pindah ke Belanda ketika masih berusia 3 bulan. Suka sekali memakai kaos berwarna hitam, karena menurut dia kaos hitam is so simple (saya setuju untuk yang satu ini ^^v )

( i don't need to tell you why, i guess.. hehe..), selain itu ada satu lagu lagi yang layak didengarkan ketika relax time.. judulnya YOU MAKE MY WORLD SO COLOURFUL.. indah, sangat indah juga bagi yang sedang jatuh cinta, hehehe.. apalagi Daniel membuat lagu ini di suatu pagi musim gugur ketika Alice masih terlelap di sampingnya dengan sinar mentari pagi yang menyapu wajah Alice (what a romantic moment!!)
